Over the past 2 years this surgery has turned from a key part of the community to a lagging indicator of slow progress, the administration for even their opening and closing times are wrong 8:30 to 6:00 but at 9:20am on the 25th of November they were not open, the repeat prescription is 7 days not 5 that is say on the board and website, the slow response to patients within ques and the slow and lack of communication between the building is patchy at best sometimes out right wrong… if I was a new community member within the halesworth area, I would go somewhere else unless a true emergency and 9/10 they will send you to a bigger facility anyway…

Phoned up today to order items of my script the receptionist was very blunt and moaned that I shouldn't be asking her to do this ,I missed the time slot at the pharmacy I have done this in the past never had a problem whoever I spoke to was very unprofessional she shouldn't be doing this type of work when talking to anyone if I get her again I will take the matter further and complain to the practice manager.

We recently moved to the area and have been so impressed by the service at this practice from the first day we registered. The staff have been extremely helpful and the doctors have been very thorough in maintaining contact through an ongoing medical issue my husband had. Referral was swift and results came reassuringly quickly for which we are so grateful. Considering the current demands on the service we are very lucky to have such a proactive facility in our community.

Everyone has always been very very helpful under some difficult circumstances.

My only - hopefully - constructive criticism would be to let patients know if a doctor is running late. I recently attended feeling very unwell and waited an hour. Had I known I could have been more comfortable in my car. Other than that, well done!

Had a appointment today with the nurse practioner at 4.45.Saw her on time she had to get a doctor to sign the prescription across the hallway I stood in the hallway and the doctor she saw was my own doctor who was available as she was not seeing anyone and her door was open and the nurse and the doctor were having a nice chat.Why couldn't i see my doctor who was obviously available to chat but not to see me.So I.v decided that after 13 years that I am going to find another doctors surgery who hopefully I can see a doctor.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SURGERY

I have been so impressed with the diligence and dedication of the doctors and all the staff. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful and both the treatment received by myself and my elderly mum recently have been beyond reproach. We are so lucky to have a service that I know is thoroughly stretched at present. Thank you 😊

Called with an urgent illness whilst sway from home. Reception staff were kind and helpful and sorted an appointment immediately that morning as a temporary registration. Parking was plentiful on site. Nurse practitioner Ruth was also very kind and talked me through everything. Dispensary on site was quick and easy too. All done from initial call to back home in bed within 2 hours. Thanks for getting me back to good health quickly
