I have been with this GP Surgery for nearly 10 years. In the early years I received an excellent service. I used the online service effectively for a number of years. However, more recently when attempting to contact the surgery online I have received the message that they are busy and not dealing with any further clinical issues!! Get that!! I have tried a number of times with the same result. Consequently, I have been forced into making a private orthopaedic appointment with a knee surgeon. I find this absolutely disgraceful and have mentioned my experience to numerous people just they understand how far this GP practice has fallen.

UPDATE - The online site only offered the option of phoning 111 or 999 neither of which is a suitable solution in my case (or in most cases). I would never self refer to a Physio - particularly when they would be of zero benefit. I would much preferred to have written an online request assessed by a GP, and eventually I would have been referred to an orthopaedic consultant. Even if my online request was not answered promptly, it would have offered a superior solution to current no option. Apart from missing out the GP practice and going private.

Mount farm staff are always so lovely. Nurses are so amazing, kind and attentive. Doctors are caring, and provide the best feasible care. With such a huge number of patients and a huge area they do very well. Always able to book you in at the next availability. Never had any issues. Plus the building is always super warm. Can't fault them! 🙂

Always greeted with such helpful reception staff. I had a procedure with Nurse Katie today. A procedure that isn't always the easiest for me. Nurse Katie was so gentle, made me feel at complete ease and talked me through the whole thing. Thank you 😊

Mount Farm Surgery are fantastic, I phoned yesterday in a lot of pain, Doctor called me back within 1 hour and prescribed painkillers for me. They are always helpful, It is run so well and I always recommend the surgery to friends and my clients too. Just wanted to say a big thank you to you all.

Called in the morning, was called back by a doctor in 10mins, was up the doctors and seen and hour and a half later. Was seen by Dr polly who was really thorough and went in depth with how I was, I was seen for a cough for the past 10weeks and ended up having to do tests for numerous other things. Was nice to be seen and taken serious and not just seen and shipped off with meds within 2mins. Thank you

Dear Owner: You should be ashamed of yourself and that joke of a circus you call a practice! If I where you, I would be more concern about improving your joke of a practice or requesting feedback than trying to insult reviewers on this application. I will be forwarding a complaint to NHS about your quality of service.

Friendly reception and absolutely lovely nurse.

Following a traumatic event my previous surgery didn't handle it well at all. It was only one GP but it was enough to affect me.

I may actually overcome my fear of the GP for moving surgery. Thank you.

Mount Farm Surgery have been superb with my wife, with constant communication and people that genuinely care about your welfare. It is so refreshing to see such a well-run practice and they are a shining example of how practices should be. A particular mention to Dr Polli and the ladies on Reception. A BRILLIANT team!
