The nurses and carers from Real Care Health provided an excellent at home medical and caring package during my Mam's last 4 years of life. This included various levels of medical care, rehabilitation, mental health care, amongst many other nursing and care tasks and eventually amazing end of life care. We could not have coped without them at all during these years. I would highly recommend their services.
