2 stars for previously being good.
Through the last two years, I had one lost referral that was not done, one referral to the wrong hospital, and missing bloods requests so I’ll have to come one more time. I had once to wait a month for teens and travel vaccinations as they could not fit us in. yoi may also wait a while until someone shows at the reception and no bell, you just have to wait. It’s very hard to get appointments with doctors, too. We do get sent to St John’s in Altrincham if we get an appointment. I don’t see the service as efficient as it used to be.

18 months in from Covid this surgery is still reluctant to see patients can't get an appontment. My mother who is 83 years old suffers dementia and also has a heart conditon and other problems. I have telephoned 3 times since Covid for an appointment without success but a
On 2 occasions they readily prescribed antibiotics without actually seeing her. But they can make appointments for routine bloods of which we had an appointment on Thursday and was expected to wait outside (as they are not letting anyone in the building) for 40 minutes as they were behind its just not good enough

I moved to this practice with my 89 year old mother a year ago and have found this surgery to be extremely good in treating her and reception staff , physiotherapist, phlebotomists and doctors all very kind and approachable
