If you want at least I hour of life wasted it’s the perfect place to call. This morning waited on the line 40 minutes to make an appointment for a 2 months baby so when I got someone to describe my problem I just heard the fire alarm in the background after I’ve been placed to waiting again and then they hanged up. I always try to forgive people and believe that there was a reason for their actions but this case is not the 1st one and not even the 5th these receptionists, they do not deserve their workplace and any benefits.

Not amused since being with this practice it's appalling! Now there's a new service where you have to fill a form online and wait to be contacted for an appointment!

I have been waiting for a telephone call by the doctor. My appointment was 11.20am nothing! Went into the surgery to be told it's a 3 hour slot so I have to wait by the phone! Waited all day still nothing then checked my record for a note left saying patient didn't attend! What is it a phone call or a face to face appointment!? I'd been waiting by the phone all day it's ridiculous! Now I have to call at 8 in the morning to be 30 in line!

I have been with this GP for 2 years now and so far the service is so unsatisfactory. Only stayed because it’s close yo me but now thinking of moving. Cancelled appointments are common and the new online booking system has not improved the service at all. They still have the same ineffective workflow as before, waste of money and budget. Really bad service.

My doctor appointment went very well today. My GP was able to follow up and provide me with a medication. I was also given a blood test appointment on the same day. The change of system has made a huge difference. It really helps me to speak to my GP when I need.

Have absolutely no problems with the staff - they're all very nice when I get to see them. However, it's virtually impossible to get an appointment and the phone system is not fit for purpose. This morning I called at 8am, waited nearly 2 hours in a queue going from "over 30" to number 3 in the queue before the system abruptly cut me off. I called straight back and was shunted down to number 19 in queue. Am anticipating another hour waiting on the phone, by which time there will be no hope of seeing GP.

sooooo poor just had the phone put down on me trying to help my Daughter with severe period pain. after been told by 111 to get the GP to look at her as they can't prescribe / help long term. we are moving GP these guys regularly mess up repeat prescriptions, been waiting 12 month on diabetic bloods. for a system that's meant to be flexible this ain't triage is meant to help the person most in need not reading through 100's of emails. poor poor poor. i've given it a star because i need to but it doesn't deserve that.

We were de-registered from MK Village Practice, where my family and I had been patients for many years, due to moving houses within Broughton. Having seen about all the unhappy reviews of Brooklands Health Centre, it was a pleasant first experience calling them today morning at 9:30am.

I was told to book an appointment on their website which I did. At approx. 1PM, I received a call to ask if I would be able to come in 45 minutes due to a cancellation and once accepted, I received a email confirmation.

At the Health Centre, the two very helpful receptionists answered a couple of questions I had. I had to wait approximately 20 minutes to be seen by Michelle, who was very professional and ensured I was comfortable before doing a minor treatment. Collecting my prescription at Jardines Pharmacy, the staff were equally very helpful.

Overall first experience using Brooklands Medical Centre was great and hoping that the issues with their new online booking appointment system will result in better service.

Phoned up for a third day to try and get an appointment. I called as soon as the phone lines opened. Waited in the queue and reached position no1, only to be cut off after waiting on the line for 2hrs and 34 seconds!! Absolutely ridiculous.
Phoned straight back and it stated 'reached capacity'.
I don't understand how appointments reached capacity when I was one of the first to call.
Getting a doctor appointment should not be this stressful
