Shocking from advanced physio to associate director, lack of patient safety is even more evedant, ( is anyone aware of there responsibility?)lead just not addressing the access, and telling a disabled pateint its their fault the appointment wasnt disabled freindly, ( its all over my notes)Christmas eve you respond to a complaint really poorly, and take the day off, why are we using an outsourced service which if we treated them like they treat us! Well we all know!!, no thank you, no wonder the nhs is struggling

Used for meetings and always very friendly staff, parking can sometimes be difficult but overall good place.

Went there for a physio appointment. Nice place, able to park, saw pleasant physio. Have been seen previously at gp surgery but this is much nicer.

I am very difficult to impress. I am VERY impressed with the consultation I had with Anna. A detailed exchange of symptoms and information took place followed by an impressive physical examination on comparative nerve function that surpasses any I have ever seen performed by a doctor. I learned quite a bit myself. I left feeling understood, supported, informed and very impressed. Many thanks!

5 stars due to the treatment I got with my daughter. She is 10 months old and had croup. Doctors were lovely and compassionate and understanding. Receptionist was friendly. All in all made a stressful situation less stressful
