You know what! I used to give props to this surgery as they helped me out a lot however right now I think its just gone downhill! Prescriptions cost £10 and now because I'm unable to get in for my LTC review until the 18th March my prescription have all been put to weekly. Somebody please explain how I'm supposed to financially afford to spend £40 a week until my LTC. How do you expect me to pay £120 of scripts over the next 3 weeks? Its things like this which really effect my mental health to a point where I don't know if I'm coming or going. And that on them. Terrible service with no thought to their patients in the slightest. I will be complaining. I will be moving because of this and I will be telling people to avoid this surgery like the plague because they obviously don't know how to look after people who have serious mental health conditions.

This doctors have a lot of older patients, but new system of booking online is alien to many , the Receptionist telling people to go ask their neighbours to book them an appointment is so wrong, should be a demo done at the surgery, it would stop a lot of stess and anxiety i😉 .There is one that will make your experience at the reception desk as hard as possible. Hope she can hear me !!.The one who throws your sample in collection box then says hope you put your name on it because that's not my job The one who will make you wait in the Queue to use the locked Disabled toilet, waving you can't wait card means nothing to her ..

So this surgery is actively encouraging patients to NOT phone and make appointments via the website but the service to book an appointment has been ‘temporarily unavailable’ for over a month now Make that make sense!!

Takes so long to make an appointment and the website doesn’t even work? It is always temporarily unavailable whilst you are in need of an urgent appointment.

What is the point of getting a code from the GP to make an online appointment, why not just make the appointment there?

Not a thought out process.

Been with this surgery for about 4 years now, never had an issue until the last few months. Doctors and nurses are great, but trying to make a telephone appointment now is an absolute joke, there’s so many options to go through when trying to do it via the option way, and if you try to call up to speak to a receptionist be prepared to wait near enough an hour to speak to a human!
It took me over half an hour to speak to someone and I was only 3rd in the queue when I first called. (20 minutes just to drop from 3rd to 2nd, then 1st in queue for another 30 minutes? Makes no sense what so ever! Awful phone service!)

I'm shocked. Absolutely shocked. So awful. Beyond awful. The doctors are wonderful. However, when you call you have to wait hours ('you are currently number X in the cue') and most of the time the phone just cuts out (I was on hold for 1 hour 40 minutes last week and it just went dead - I almost cried). Today, I've been on hold for 30-minutes at number 2. What are the receptionist staff doing? Nobody answers the phone! It has been like this for over a year - I had to use their services a lot earlier in the year and I must have wasted 24+ hours over a period of a few weeks just being on hold. What is happening with this place? I use other GP surgery's for my job and this never happens. They need this sorting out!

The docs are pretty good but you cannot get an appointment to see them when you need to. I see the 111 GP docs more than I do my own and that's not good. They try but they have more patients than they can look after. 6 months I've been waiting for an appointment to get blood tests done that I'm meant to have e done every 3 months. I like the docs I would have liked to stay but I don't see how I can when I can't get appointments to get anything done as I have more than 1 chronic illness
