Lincoln Road select lifestyles are a joke, when they continuously do not take into care there individual needs, they take note & night staff do not listen. My son was covered in bruises after an altercation, after they had stressed him out & he comes home covered in bruises! Management won’t answer any of my calls & now have stopped him going because they can’t do their job, and just get rid of him! Also night staff have been asleep when he’s called them & with no answer he goes down stairs & the member of staff was asleep ! I must say day staff are on the ball & friendly, night staff have been disgusting!

staff are all severely underpaid for all the work they do and spend their limited break time talking about financial struggles, which is no doubt affecting their ability to care for clients. renae glover (manager) from all saints way is very ablist, makes fun of clients for acting mentally disabled and wants my prescription medication taken from me, which i need to get up in the morning, despite knowing that my chronic (constant, 24/7) pain is so bad i will have to self medicate through any available means without it. the first time i had my medication on prescription she told staff i "didn't need it" and doesn't seem to believe im physically or mentally disabled at all. she also read my bank statements and spoke to my gp without my permission. jenny (2nd manager) will always side by other staff in non formal abuse reports and disregard them with "my staff wouldn't do that" and no help is given to write a formal complaint

when i read through my tenancy agreement, specifically made for mentally disabled people to be able to read before signing it, the managers around me looked very visibly uncomfortable

Select Lifestyles are a joke and the staff are so rude. Management dont care about anything but themselves. Residents barely have a say in what they do. Staff are treated with zero respect. Management dont do anything but moan about there job. DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE!! Terrible wouldn't want my family living here!

A disgraceful organisation That's focused solely on profit, the treatment of disabled people falls considerably lower than what's acceptable. They ignore complaints and are happy to ignore residents needs. Avoid this place at all costs

My 19 year old was placed in The Beeches accommodation in West Bromwich. She settled in well with the care staff, however the Manager Sonia lacks all compassion and empathy to even be called a human being, let alone a Manager. After a month of being there you'd think she can atleast pronounce my dauggters name correctly. Someone she has been told numerous times!

Service users are expected to clean, clean, clean all day! This has been admitted by staff who also dislike the management style and approach. Sonia is rude, condescending and disregards any feedback given to her. She makes no attempt to resolve disputes or issues and instead shouts aggressively!

My daughter has been told she can't go to mosque as its 4 afternoons a week, so why can't she atleast go one day?

My daughter has been told halal meat is too expensive so she has to have frozen food or processed food, why is that?

My daughter has been told, she can't go out as there is no one to support her. Why don't you put support in place?

I'm sure there will be a response to this review. Please believe what you will and listen with more than just your ears on how staff and especially management interact with you.

Wouldn’t say who they were , hung up on me , made fun of me before hanging up this in 3 calls where I tried to understand who they were . I finally got someone who introduced who they were at the 4 th call back
