The older people mental health service in this place is diabolical. As someone who worked there as an admin officer, the staff are gas lighters and manipulated the situation I was in and called me challenging behaviour.

The Nursing Manager and Admin Manager attempted to use control tactics like this to force me into submission of something I did not want to do. That was working with a very aggressive member of staff.

They shamed me for not having a boundary against this colleague. I was gaslighted into believing that I was the one in the wrong and I did not have 'normal' behaviour.

I dread to think what they are out there doing to other vulnerable people.

I got knees problem about 2 years ago . My GP send me to Bensham Hospital but they didn’t care about that . I had an appointment 9:00am but now is 9:45 but nobody care . I think this hospital is not helpful. I am really surprised because they don’t care . I think they wants make another disability 👩‍🦽👩‍🦽

I contacted tims today and was very impressed with Mrs Carr i never normally write reviews but the help and information given today was 10/10 i got an appointment and it clashed with holidays and it was changed to a couple of days earlier thanks again you are a credit to the NHS really appreciate it

Have had two appointments at the Bensham Hospital now. Was seen very quickly on both occasion and was well looked after. The only problem is that the place badly needs refurbishment, but that hasnt affected my rating as this is about the care received.

Never too busy and easy to park up. Not many reasons you would be here, could be cyps or could physio which is the other end. But you won't have a big wait, struggle to park, be rushed etc.

Ignore the 1 star rating, no option for zero star. Closed. No signs or information available. Website states that it is open till 10pm. Car park metre took our money. No refund option. It was security who eventually told us that we had to go to QE and that they were closes. Shocking service. What would it take to put signs at main entrance?
