My experience working with London Healthcare Locums was a major letdown. Just three months into my employment, I was laid off due to what they claimed was a company's financial crisis. On top of that, my holiday pay was unfairly deducted, and I didn't receive my full final paycheck as expected. I expected to be paid my complete salary for current month along with the incentives for previous month as it was nor my decision to leave, neither did they terminate me due to performance, but as they mentioned it was due to company's crisis. I joined this company with high hopes expecting job security and career growth.

Reaching out to HR was an exercise in frustration and a nightmare. They ignored my emails until I repeatedly followed up, and when they did respond, their tone was rude and dismissive. I did submit all the company's assets on time as well. At one point, they outright refused to continue communicating with me, which was both unprofessional and infuriating.

This company lacks basic respect for its employees and fails to handle financial matters ethically, and do not honor their financial commitments. I would caution anyone considering employment with this company to think twice.
