Despite issues with booking a several times (no one getting in contact to book the next session then difficulty contacting them) the staff were always very polite and friendly. Micheal (my titration Px’er), was an understanding, professional, personable chap, and it was a shame to end our monthly catchups. I think this is a brilliant, yet overworked, set up and I hope the best for them all. Thanks guys!

I was referred to Harrow as St Albans were full. The communication was amazing regarding the appointment the doctor was so kind and caring on time , in fact very early bit did not rush me at all. She had all my notes ready and we very knowledgeable and empathetic and sympathetic to my needs. I highly recommend the dermatology department at Harrow. What an amazing service this clinic offers. They are taking overflow patients from West Herts and it works so well. Was seen on time. The dermatologist was fantastic. Thanks very much to everyone.

receptionist was lovely and the reception area was clean and fresh. Parking was good, my appointment was around 5pm so it wasn't busy. I can see that this is an amazing facility and a real asset to the NHS.
