I had parked in car park as my wife had an appointment and noted that there were reserved parking for doctors in the car park, I made sure to park away from any allocated space and I have parked here many times with no issues, firstly it took over an hour for my wife to be seen to, a few days later I received a fine in the post for parking my vehicle in the health centres car park, it is not clear that it is only for staff parking, I have since gone back and noted that the signage is not clear as where I had parked the sign was not facing my direction and looked to be staff parking for only one section, there needs to be more notice to drivers that it is for staff only.

I have no issues parking elsewhere as there is plenty of parking nearby but if it was more clear that this was staff only then the issue wouldn't have occurred.

My wife was very upset to receive a Parking fine from this health centre.
Having used the health centre many times in the past and used the same car park with no issues, she was shocked when the fine came through.

Why the new Parking restrictions have only just come in within the last few months instead of when the doctors was first built is strange and just feels like they're trying to catch people out.

And whilst there are new signs my wife drove through in the evening when it was dark and hadn't noticed them (why would she check though when in the past it's been free)

Anyway a nice big £100 fine for visiting your doctors, cheers NHS!

Please can the manager contact me? Every single time I try to order my asthma inhalers I am blocked by either the doctor or one of the receptionists. I had to fight to get my inhalers included in this prescription but they have NOT been added to the prescription issued for over Christmas time. I presume the practice is happy for me to have an asthma attack over the holidays and potentially end up in hospital? I have made a complaint with PALS as it is EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to order my inhalers. PLEASE CONTACT ME.

Absolute disgrace, receptionists are no help whatsoever, was told to ring Monday morning at 8.30am, started ringing at 8.29am waited in a queue listening to music for one and a half hours only to be told when I eventually got through that there is no doctor or nurse that can ring me back today nor can I see one about my health problem, receptionist told me to ring again in the morning!!! What to wait another hour and a half to get through? Then probably told the same thing...no doctor or nurse can ring you back or see you today...funny thing is when you do go in there's 2 people in the waiting area so hardly very busy....seriously considering moving to another doctors! In my desperation I rang 111 who have managed to get me a phone appointment with a doctor this afternoon...even though the receptionist was adamant there was absolutely non available....mmmm!!!

teribble telehone service over 2 hrs wait to speak to someone , had to get an emergency prescription from 111to last until GP signed my medication off , 4 days later still no prescription at chemist and that was avterspeaking to GP who rang me to say they had sorted it . not good at all avoid at all cost

Hi I have been in agony for mths .when fine for appt it’s no got none . Dr sent email to make appt see him. Rang Monday no appts. Rang Thursday no appts said ring Fri 8am told he’s on holiday .im in agony. Got tablets not feeling to well . Try not take so many tablets . Still in agony pain real bad can’t sleep . Now been told ring 8am Monday what do I need do get help

I feel very disappointed with the handling of holiday ins documents left for signature approx 3 weeks ago. Despite having called in on Friday gone and today to be informed they are still not signed. These were for a cancelled trip August bank holiday. I couldn't make it due 6 weeks of on going struggles with the freeman hosp over kidney stones. Yet today at expense to the practice I received a letter in a prepaid envelope asking me to take part in jabs? How much did that cost, labour, ink, paper and postage. I usually get a text?!!! But no time to sign my papers which apparently I may have to pay for, these are important to me to get costs back before the time to claim runs out. V unhappy. This is all despite a telephone apt with a doctor approx 3 weeks ago who stayed there should be no problem signing them, but they r v busy.sept 18 finally got my papers signed after a wait of weeks for these I am now worried I am out of time. To make things worse for the wait which they state is within there specified time for signature, they had the cheek to charge me £50. A complete insult and a disgrace. Do any doctors actually work here? Waiting room each I have called are empty.......v disgusted. 🤬😡

Out of hours appointment are so hard to get need to be able to access them on line constantly ringing to be told no appointments available so what’s the point. So frustrating when u work full time and surgery needs later apts finishing at 6 in evening so people can go after work that needs looked at !
