can’t thank the team at Portman Smile Clinic -Hailsham enough for their excellent care and support. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly caring and attentive. I had a last-minute situation where I needed an appointment with a different dentist, and the receptionist went above and beyond to help me. She managed to get me an appointment without any hassle, which I truly appreciated.

On the day my daughter got her braces, I was feeling unwell, and everyone in the office was so kind and helpful, making sure I was okay while taking great care of my daughter. Their kindness made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.

My daughter is very happy with her treatment so far.
The receptionists are really friendly & fantastic & the Orthodontist that deals with my daughter is absolutely brilliant!
Free parking just down the road is a bonus!
Everyone in the town seems extra happy & friendly.
Her treatment isn’t finished yet but it all looks good so far.

Amazing clinic. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very organised and really happy with the service provided for my children who need orthodontic care. Having had a poor experience elsewhere, we chose Portman on recommendations of other people and I’m so glad we did.
All staff that we dealt with were friendly, polite and helpful. The orthodontist and dental nurse we saw at our appointment were very attentive and reassuring which we really needed and we couldn’t have been happier with both the appointment and outcome. We’re looking forward to continuing my daughters braces journey with them.
