This company is meant to service NHS urgent repairs within 24 hours but are taking 7 days plus. This company fails to meet those targets/SLA'S consistently instead choosing to maximise profits before the health of the patients they are paid to serve under contract.
Whatever are NHS Management doing? What are CONservative MP's doing? No B2B or B2C organisation in the private sector would ever get away with this.

AJM was meant to come out yesterday after a 7 day wait without a wheelchair. They cancelled without providing any explanation. I bet this was done in retaliation for my review. They are now due to come out 12th May I het this will also be cancelled.
As mention above this is a disgusting organisation whom do not care about their contractual responsibilities nor the disabled patients they are contracted to serve.
NHS PLEASE WAKE UP THEY ARE MEANT TO PROVIDE A 24 HOUR RESPONSE NOT 12 DAYS PLUS.

The most inconsiderate and unprofessional people I have dealt with. They have NO compassion at all while dealing with the family of a recently passed relative and have more or less been absolutely harassing my poor mum for her recently deceased brothers wheelchair for several weeks. It has not even been two months since the loss of our loved one and we have tried accommodating them numerous times to come and collect his wheelchair as well as both working as frontline workers full time, both times either which nobody has turned up and there has been a miscommunication their end. After which they are very rude on the phone as if it is our problem/ our fault and keep ringing to try and track down a second-hand wheelchair that definitely CANNOT be re-used! GIVE A FAMILY TIME TO GRIVE.

Ajm mobility offer a very poor service. They either keep on cancelling the appointment or in my case at the moment repair the breaks on my wheelchair then they fall off after a day then don't want to know in getting it fixed. How on earth did I ever get a contract in fixing wheelchairs at all is beyond me. It is about time something was done about the constant poor service. Also to add another visit from them they have lost all records of my wheelchair so do I don't know what they are Deling with and constant repairs on the same problem to.

Our world's changed forever on 1st February when Mum was admitted to QAH with a heart attack. Sadly whilst clearing the clot causing the heart to malfunction, a small piece broke away and caused Mum to suffer a massive stroke.

She was discharged prematurely on 3rd April due to covid19. In the chaos, her wheelchair referral was mistakenly sent to the wrong service provider.

A very helpful and incredibly kind and understanding lady on the end of the phone, Tricia was key to ensuring the retrieval of the referral and ensured her clinicians assessed the referral.

It was necessary for Mum to be assessed face to face and despite the current lockdown, 2 amazing Angel's agreed to visit Mum.

Carol and Michelle arrived, both cheerful, sensitive and understanding, immediately recognising Mum's dilemma and quickly identified her needs.

These ladies along with Tricia on the end of the phone, were a breathe of fresh air during an incredibly stressful time for my family. They worked swiftly and professionally to secure Mum swiftly received a chair completely customised to her needs.

I can not thank you all enough and AJM Healthcare for their efficient, swift service and understanding and reassurance.

Nearly a year since I ordered parts for my chair and it still isn't fixed. It's getting embarrassing that the engineer keeps turning up with the wrong parts.

Not good at all they keep Changing their name first it was HEALTH then AJ & AJM I wonder why. I wouldn't get anything from them ever again
