I’ve played and trained at this club for more than 3 years and it has all three possible surfaces which gives you chances of playing in any season. The people and especially coaches cannot be more kind and respectful to you. I 100% recommend this club for any new beginners and experienced players!

Fantastic tennis facilities, cosy bar area. Fantastic outside seating for watching the tennis matches and for having a social gathering. Plenty of parking. Lovely bar offering hot food between 10am and 4pm.

Seems to be impossible to register for this gym. You get better service at a PureGym

For the prices they charge you would expect more. I called up on the phone the first time to be told that the manager leaves at 3pm so there wouldn't be anyone there to register me, which is fine. Stuff happens, but I've gone there 3 more times since and every time there is a notice saying the reception is closed and to ring the buzzer. Each time someone else comes out saying they don't know where the manager is and to try back in an hour. Just given up. It's not worth the time or hassle. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Been a member for 22 years. By and large been ok up until this year. Facilities are good. Paid staff are helpful and friendly. The problem lies with the self appointed pompous committee members who rule over the members. As a loyal member, having paid my membership in full during lockdown to ensure club survived, and after various rule changes and injury, my repeated polite request for a refund was refused by said committee. My loyalty counted for nothing. Fees, incidently, are considerably higher than other local clubs. Having joined the other tennis club in Stourbridge, I find them cheaper, friendlier. Committee members open to change and welcome feedback.

Excellent facilities and staff. I attended for a private function and the everyone was welcoming and helpful with an exceptional buffet, possibly one of the best I've ever tasted.

Don’t pay up front for anything. They made me pay weeks in advance for a 4 week tennis course as they told me it was getting full. It got to the start date and I was contacted saying it was postponed because nobody else had booked on it. Then when it did start up, I had was ill which turned out to be covid and now have post covid inflammation, so I can’t exercise and won’t be able to for months. Haven’t used the club once and they won’t give me my money back, they ignore calls and emails. I gave 2 stars purely because the young lady who works on reception is very friendly and helpful, can’t comment on facilities as haven’t used them.
