Wouldn’t dare to give it 1. Absolutely ridiculous short staffer all the time, slow work no wonder no one gets better from coming here. Been on the phone so many times to schedule a phone meeting yet literally impossible, come back at 8 they say, when you do your waiting on the phone for over 15/20 minutes and still say come back and phone at 8. Ridiculous a patient needs to he heard and be seen straight away not this call back at 8. Need more doctors, 1 doctor for over hundreds residents in the area will never work. Shambles this place is absolute shambles

WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE 1 STAR TO BE HONEST..
Can never get an appointment, I hardly ever need to go to the drs, but on the occasion I do, I can never get an appointment, told to call back tomorrow and miraculously they've run out of appointments when you call first thing ( LIES) , but when you go last the surgery its empty.
the one receptionist is quite rude , didn't catch her name this time..
Don't wast your time, you're better off at a different surgery.

Dr sajjad Ali is a very practical and down to earth.He knows how to treat patients. I can't thank him enough for the special, excellent care.He is also very friendly and puts the patient at ease.I blessed i’m in save hands now. I would highly recommend Dr sajjad Ali.

Dad was seen by Dr Ali when he recently had very bad health and had a very good experience with him. My parents are very happy they have access to a GP who is attentive, approachable, efficient and as a bonus can also speak urdu/pothwari

Dr sajid Ali great doctor who I have recently seen.he is very engaging very informative towards his patients and speaks with passion when ever you have a health issues and he deals with the problem with the best solution he possibly can .I have been coming to chapel street surgery for years and I haven't seen this before .great doctor and it's a blessing for me personally and the community of lye .thank you so much dr Sajid Ali and keep up the good work .

Phoned the doctor after being discharged from hospital with symptoms that were worsening. I didn't want to go back to the hospital as Covid is worsening in the area. I was greeted with "What are you complaining about now" and once explained I was told to "go back to the hospital as I haven't got time to see you". Will vbe moving doctors soon.

When you call to make an appointment they keep saying oh we don’t have nothing call tomorrow when you call the tomorrow they say the same
They only want to get paid they don’t care about children or anyone
I’m sure you can do better than this chapel street medical centre
