Absolutely brilliant, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 2 days. I had taken my car to my usual garage who couldn't find the fault and they recommended Scantec rather than take it to a BMW dealer. Very pleased with the price and friendly staff. Picking up the car out of hours is also easy as they have a key safe. Would not hesitate to use them again

It has been a pleasure to use Scantec these last few months. Elisa and the car technician are so friendly, thorough and helpful. It has been a relief to find a place that is honest, gets the job done with no hidden extras or fobbing off which unfortunately my partner and I have experienced with previous garages.

It has been an absolute pleasure to use Scantec to diagnose and repair a couple of problems on my car recently.
Their professionalism, knowledge and customer care is so refreshing today - especially compared to main-dealer service.
As far as I am concerned, I would recommend Scantec's services immediately without a second thought.
Apart from the fact that at under half the price of Mercedes Benz service centres it's a matter of common sense for me to drive 50 miles to Hailsham for high quality services.

I took my Skoda Fabia into Scantec because it had a battery drain issue.

Throughout my time dealing with Elisa and Ross,
they were friendly, courteous and made sure I was well informed about my vehicles problem, potential resolution as well as any costs involved.
When I had additional problems next day, they were very accommodating and agreed to see the car as soon as I could drive to their location.

I would recommend Scantec Automotive in a heartbeat,
they are fantastic at what they do and put you at ease,
meaning the usual trepidation with going into a new garage vanishes in an instant!

From start to finish the service has been fantastic, polite, understanding and efficient when booking the car in. Diagnostics identified the issue with my DAB tuner quickly, thought we had an easy fix but not quite - however guided me to finding a replacement unit at minimum cost and talked through how I would replace it. Genuinely wanted to help and the whole experience was highly praiseworthy - thanks all at Scantec

Fantastic service from Scantec! Had problems with my vehicle’s ACC along with other issues – none of which independent garages could not fix as they couldn’t re-code the car’s electronics. Was recommended Scantech and within a couple of hours the car is running perfectly – in fact better than it was before! Well, done guys! Not normally drawn to writing reviews but felt you really could do with the recognition of the great service you provided – and at a reasonable price too. Will be back 1st thing if I encounter any future issues with Skoda electronics!
