We have been using Hadi Care Services for mum since the end of November 2023 and it has been such a weight off my mind having found a company, who has taken the time to understand mums needs and match a carer who has perfectly gelled with mum. She feels like a part of the family and has adjusted to mums ways and is very flexible. The latter has certainly given myself and my family peace of mind knowing that when we are not there mums is safe, happy and cared for. Mum has late stage Parkinsons and also gets confused too, the carer takes it all in her stride treating mum with dignity and respect as well as gentleness and care. The company are professional and transparent and I know I can contact them if we need to change or swap shifts and I will get a quick response. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My mum has been with Hadi Care for around 3 years, the care that she has received from the staff is outstanding and amazing, the staff are very attentive to my mum and very compassionate. The staff that work with mum are very understanding of her health conditions. The office staff are always available when I have called with any questions and concerns and they have always solved the issues effectively. I would recommend Hadi Care to anyone requiring care

We have used Hadi Care several times to provide night sitters for my father-in-law who has dementia and they always responded immediately at short notice. All their carers have been brilliant - friendly, empathetic, cheerful, calm and professional and have really bonded with dad. We have also used them twice recently, including over Christmas, to provide longer spells of care having been left without a carer by our 24 hour live in care provider and they again responded with only a couple of hours notice to schedule whatever hours of care we wanted - the family could not have coped without them. The manager at Hadi Care has been absolutely brilliant, so caring, helpful and responsive in meeting our urgent needs. I would most certainly highly recommend Hadi Care to anybody looking for home care for themselves or their loved ones.

We have been very happy with the care our mother has received from Hadi. All the carers have been genuinely kind and caring and very capable. The carers and ourselves have great support from the manager Mohammed who keeps a close eye on how things are going and makes sure that mum’s needs are being met. I have found that the carers go over and above with their care such as staying late on occasion, and recently a carer accompanied mum to hospital and stayed with her well beyond the end of her shift. Based on our experience I have no hesitation in recommending Hadi Healthcare Services.

I get that national minimum wage/living is a crisis and big thing especially nowadays and I thought after meeting the lady who came to meet us for an assessment got me but the costs are eye watering and no-one can afford that for their loved ones unless they make drastic changes in their lives and I feel let down because the lady was charming and has personal experience with autistic people in their life but nearly a grand for a weekend of care? I feel crushed by this and it especially stings because the lady was charming and seemed pleasant. I was hopeful. I'm not trying to slander or disrespect the fact that the cost of living crisis is a problem, inflation, and people working in the care sector deserve a fair wage and I'm not trying to cause drama, trouble or anything here.

Me and my family are mind free and relaxed knowing my mum is in good/caring hands.

The staff are very dedicating and truly a credit to them selves and Hadi Services.

Right where do I start from? I came across Hadi healthcare Services through a friend, I needed a carer for my auntie, I usually used to look for one myself and then train her to fit in the requirements for my aunty which was getting quite stressful for me so I switched from P.A to hadi healthcare services .
The best decision ever made by me and my auntie.
Can't thank Mohammed Sadique enough for what he has done for my auntie, he went out of his way to make sure my auntie got the carer who spoke same language as her and was fully trained to do all the tasks my auntie needed doing.
definitely would recommend hadi healthcare services for all u out there looking for a professional reliable care services for your loved ones !
