I cannot recommend Vitality Health Recovery (VHR) enough! The facilities are top-notch, and the team is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at ease.

I’ve personally tried the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and the cryotherapy treatments, and the results have been amazing. After just a few sessions, I felt more energised, my recovery times improved, and I noticed a significant reduction in inflammation.

The team at VHR takes the time to understand your individual needs and tailors the treatments accordingly. They are patient, attentive, and always happy to answer questions. The technology they use is cutting-edge, and the space is spotless, which makes the experience even better.

State of the art equipment and amazing staff!

I mainly use the hyperbaric oxygen chamber combined with the red light therapy bed… plus the cryotherapy chamber when I’m feeling brave! 🥶

So far I’ve definitely noticed an increase in my energy levels and I don’t get tired during the day like I used to

The owners are very knowledgeable and passionate about their business and everybody really makes you feel welcome

The memberships offer great value if you plan to come regularly

Another excellent combined session at VHR, Infrared and NIR light followed by Smart HBOT including access to a full sweep of channels on the TV whilst in the HBOT (a treat given I don't watch much TV - and usually sleep in the tank).

The team at VHR are flawlessly friendly and helpful, including at the mini cafe with good coffee for a retox after the big detox 🙂

I have also seen Josh (Osteopath) who listens carefully to specific strains and snags within the body and treats them with plenty of technical and manual skills. The session really helped to speed recovery without fuss. Truly grateful.

I love my experience at VHR. The facilities are amazing. My favourite therapies are the NIR Red Light bed and I usually combine that with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. It has really helped me with my recovery and I will continue to make use of these wonderful and new therapies, I'm so grateful also to the staff that look after me very well and are friendly and polite. The staff have all the knowledge and experience to guide you on the therapy that is necessary for you.
And to top off my experience , I can't leave without picking up my favourite Super Green Protein Smoothie at the Boost bar. Love love love. So glad I found you guys.

I came here yesterday on a classpass deal for a couples Sauna and I absolutely loved it! The staff were very warm and welcoming, explaining everything we needed to know. The space is beautifully decorated and accessorised - I felt like I was in a gorgeous spa on holiday, rather than still in London. Everything was in great working condition and very clean and the actual Sauna was DIVINE.

Theres a shower in the same room and they provided all towels, shower goods ect.

Upstairs there is a lovely little coffee bar which was a great touch, we arrived early so took a coffee and a walk to the nearby ancient woodland of Monken Hadley Common.
