After being a member for over 10 years and when they did a change over in their financial system they stopped taking my direct debit so I stopped using the facilities and joined a gym closer which was more convenient. 4 months passed then they took a large amount out of my bank without any warning
I tried to rectify this with the membership team, only to be fobbed off. Very bad customer service

Very relaxing. Was very quiet.
Friendly staff, and pool was a lot warmer today.
Plenty of seating inside and out.

Great gym. Nice pool but small. No hot tub. Staff could be more welcoming. Not easy to book online.

As a regular daily customer in your pool I find myself dissatisfied with the temperature which has not got up to pre breakdown heating levels. I'm finding it uncomfortable since the 2wk repair shutdown , I'm informed now that your waiting for another part which can take weeks to come from abroad ,is this true ? . I don't blame your staff, they have been very civil in this matter. Lip service is fine but it doesn't resolve the issue.actions bring results ,please chase this up.

Not user friendly if elderly. Designed with a lot of steps and a difficult entry swimming pool (ladders - no internal pool steps). In face of growing elderly population who swim, this needs to be addressed.
