Inconsistent, unprofessional and unreliable care continually left my mum who suffers with various disabilities as well as cancer vulnerable and abandoned

They hide behind a web of lies and false claims. Management are very rude and condescending while talking to both client and carers. We have recorded phone calls of the management attempting to be intimidating and rude in order to cover the fact that they are inexperienced and professionally incompetent.

I will finish this review by saying that when you attempt to hold them to account they simply stone wall you. As has been proved by their blocking us from their social media

A good care company with staff and management who go above and beyond. They also take accountability when things are not perfect which is a good thing to see in the current business world. My niece is better off with Local Homecare

I wouldn't recommend them at all unreliable and some excuse why there always late! Yes I get somethings crop up but nearly every week an excuse its not good enough when your ment to be caring for someone and not only that they was getting paid for half hr but would leave after 5/10 minute,didn't nothing but make a meal if you could call it that!yes they was about 2 out of all the careers what was alright rest haven't aclue.

Local Homecare rescued me from a very difficult situation. From the word go they have gone out of their way to help me. I am known as a complex case (!) And despite most of the carers being in Leeds they managed to cope with me every morning. One lady even came at 5 am one morning to ensure I’ve got to hospital for seven. They have acted with kindness and professionalism in everything they do. Yes I am having to leave for personal reasons but anybody who uses their services can count themselves is very lucky.
