My daughter has been struggling with suspected ADHD and BDP, started self-harming whilst under their "care". We have been waiting for the diagnosis for well over a year. They have left my child in limbo deteriorataing and fading day by day. They left us absolutely with nothing, with no professional help and no access to possible medication. They just wait for children to lose their mind, hurt themselves or hurt others. The ser ice is a downward spiral for children in desperate need making them lose faith that they can get better. I don't know how NHS and CQC ignore such a negligence!

horrible... Kicked my best friend for doing quadrobics causing her to lose a tooth like a cage, they only let her draw for five mins, they don't let children know eachothers names or socallise for that matter. No staff are respectfull or kind towards the children and the therapy is horrid. I would give a negative rating if possible

All horrible. Child kicked me during "playtime/outside time" because i was doing quadrobics. Knocked a tooth out, therapy is terrible cant hear through the thick glass, hancuffed me and yanked me arround.

They have let me and my family down, I am so disappointed in them and I wish that if your child goes to this place which they call "help" they can actually find some descent support, it's actually quite unrealistic thinking about it now. If I could, I would give no stars. All they do is lie and patronise you I have never felt so belittled in my whole life.

absolute idiots. they have failed so many children and its disgusting. the are a disgrace to the NHS. that fact half of them have had so called training yet are utterly useless still baffles me to this day. how these people wake up in the morning knowing they have don't nothing but worse to these poor kids is a absolute joke.

I had my first counselling session here, and my camhs worker was incredible really got me to open up in ways I never have before, even though I was nervous she was really kind and empathetic.

Shockingly bad company. Disorganised and dishonest. Recently a person had a full day day wasted waiting in A&E due to lack of communication about a supposed blood test being scheduled by CAMHS with the doctors. Multiple people have had their mental health issues worsened since coming in contact with them. Should be ashamed that they do more harm than good.

This organisation is honestly horrible. They came into our school to train us as well being ambassadors, and the advise is simple turn negative to positive, without action and without further thought. The whole course was unorganized, the staff had no idea what they were talking about and they are extremely patronizing. Let me say that if I ever have a child or a friend that needs help, CAMHS will be the last place I take them. They also openly admit we are being trained to stop people going to them, they are using us to save money. Even the devil would take better care of mental health, such a disappointment. Their best advise is to add 'yet' onto the end of any negative situation. Unfortunately their
advise isn't any good...yet.
