Always poor customer service experience at this pharmacy. They’re closed for lunch hours between 1-2pm daily which you only get to know when you go there. This times aren’t mentioned on the website. And when they open the door after 2 pm, they say wait 5 minutes so they’re ready to serve!! What about the patients’ time and discomfort?

We have been using this pharmacy for many years, in the last 6-8 months seemed to be improving, however been back this morning it appears they are now back to preparing your script when you go to collect, rather than preparing it when they get it direct from the doctors surgery, which was over a week ago.
The assistant was rude and very unhelpful and the 3 persons behind the pharmacy counter appeared to be doing nothing with no urgency what so ever. If the head office reads this review could you please provide suitable staff that are helpful and not rude, and pharmacist, who actually enjoy their job and want to help the general public.

Absolutely disgusted today ! Only half my prescription given to my daughter for me !
Called to asked where the rest was ?
Had a snotty woman on phone , to which she said she look into it !
Then accused my daughter for not asking for the right things ! How the hell should she know them she picking up for me ?
Then said oh okay so it’s here come back down please , I said I can’t I’m not mobile at all and daughter gone back to work !
I want it delivered now ? Oh no we don’t do that !!
Then she hung up on me , no one answering since . Took me about 20 mins to get through the first time or more !
Dunno if the recognised my number but it was cut of twice n left to ring the rest of time
Was on hold for more than half an hour every time !
So please tell me how a wheelchair bound person should get their prescription.
Many Thanks

the title says it all really, but ill explain. no one at the gym was aware there was an upstairs business, that buisness being "peak pharmacy". they installed cameras on their parking spaces. and it took days for people to know or notice. no warming was given by them or the gym. i was only aware once i gotr the letter in the post. i denied any responsability as you would do if you felt you wasnt at fault. i tried to contact them to sort out a payment plan. nothing. theyve put in claims at court 3 weekas apart. i cant pay. its going to ruin my credit score.. they did it to an old lady in her 70s as well. got her for 700 pound. if you gob on to their website they talk a load of waffle about mental health awareness and wellbeing wednesdays and stress. what part of ruining people lives and leaving them in debt makes you loook or sound like you give a crap about mental health? im genuinley stuck . couldnty pay it when it was60 defo cant pay each one at 260. the origional fine was 60 but to do this the lawyer they used was 50? its diabolical. i can only conclude they were massively pissed off with people using their parking space. jd should have made us aware. they are both massively at fault. had to leave the gym as well. ruining my life. im gonna get everyone who got fined together any way and i wont be bullied or intimidated by court fines and my credit being ruined for something i had no control over. I messaged on Facebook to try and sort out a payment plan and you ignored me. You don't care about mental health. Or Milton Keynes people. It's a shameless cash grab. And bang out of order.

Poor service

No acknowledgenent of those who had waited patiently in line

Others who barged in were seen to before those who had waited

Long queues every time I have been (which is maybe once a month at different times of the day)

This place is incredibly disorganised and filthy. You can expect to wait ages for your prescription even once you’ve made it to the front of the queue. I was greeted by a young black girl with ‘yeah’ ! Took me by surprise. There were 5 people who all looked busy, but doing what? Whilst waiting I noticed the floor was absolutely filthy and clearly hadn’t been swept for days. There were old dressings with blood marks, tissues, fluff and filth. I’ll be going to Boots in future.

Further to this post, I asked for a reply which didn't say to email. And it can't have been read because I've got the same old reply to email. I have emailed! So many posts saying the same thing. What about stop kicking the can down the road and sort the problems?!!!

I had a prescription sent through from Milton Keynes Village Practice on 1st November. Today, 7th November, my wife called at the pharmacy to collect it. There were several people working in the pharmacy. After 5 minutes she was attended to. The salesperson who dealt with her spoke to a colleague who said that not many of the prescriptions from 1st November had been completed. She then spent ten minutes looking through numerous made-up prescriptions piled on shelves from floor to ceiling which weren't apparently in order since the salesperson asked a colleague to help her sort them sometime soon.
She then proceeded to look through the contents of baskets lying on the floor at the base of all the shelves. Eventually she apologised saying that the cream wasn't in. My wife asked why it hadn't been ordered on 1st November. She was told it had been 'processed' then- whatever that meant- and could be in a pile of containers and boxes stacked on the floor which hadn't been opened yet. There was no indication as to when the deliveries lying unopened on the floor would be dealt with so my wife said she supposed she'd have to return. There was no suggestion as to when she should do so. I have read a notice in the GP surgery next door saying please don't complain to them about the pharmacy. Complain direct to the pharmacy so that is what I'm doing.
We have been patients at the Milton Keynes Village Practice since it opened many years ago and have always used Jardines next door. Never before have I seen it so disorganised. It gives me no confidence in the staff there- there were 4 or 5 today so surely there shouldn't be these problems?
Please don't reply that I should email my complaint. I already have. This is a shambles
