Honestly the worst company to rely on for your medication, better to get it from somewhere else than this place, I don't even know why hospitals work with them. Prescriptions are always "late", workers are non existent No one picks up the damn calls and I'm almost always late to take my injections and have to deal with the consequences TERRIBLY. Once in a blue moon when someone does pick up, they are often apologetic and sort stuff out but what is the point if I can't get in touch with them Appaling and disappointing, hope this service shuts down, genuinely. If I could give 0 stars I would.

2 stars because some of the staff are actually quite apologetic and helpful if/when you manage to get through to them. Do not expect them to answer the phone - I have cumulatively waited around 2 hours over the last week to try to sort a delivery of medication I'd completely run out of.
They are clearly very understaffed/under-resourced, and this seems to be a new issue over the last few months, as I haven't had such issues with them before. This is evident even from google reviews which have no longer been replied to from around 6 months ago, whereas previously such feedback/concerns were at least acknowledged, even if it was a generic message to contact their customer experience email address.

My first delivery was 20 minutes late outside the 2-hour window. Luckily, I was awake at 1am to see an automated tx for delivery. I tried to phone but nobody answered except for an automated answer. I would suggest better communication between the driver and the patient if the driver is running late to tx the patient

Up until recently Alcura have been fantastic delivering my injections every 3 months, and have been easy to contact and very helpful on occasions there has been an issue. On this occasion trying to arrange delivery has been a nightmare and I will miss my treatment as I have still not received my injection. I am forever on hold for hours at a time and haven't yet spoken to anyone. I've had no replies to my emails. I feel like noone works there anymore. It's a shame such a good company has taken such a poor turn.

I've started to get a prescription delivered ny Alcura. First delivery fine. 2nd one is being delivered 10 days before due on a date I'm not available. I've tried calling to organise delivery multiple times since missed call last week but noone answers the phone! I get a text telling me my delivery is is 2 days email if needs rearranging. I ensiled instantly, high priority. But here I am the day before scheduled delivery getting a text with the 2 hour window - so clearly noone reads emails either! I'm extremely concerned that I will now have my prescription revoked because of missed delivery, which I was warned about, when this isn't my fault and I have repeatedly tried to organise a suitable delivery close to the due date. So very unimpressed, but reading these reviews I'm not alone so do better!

Really, amazingly, staggeringly bad company.
The latest person I spoke to (the fifth time I have rung them) flat out refused to do anything even though I have been without medication for almost a week. Their "escalation" process apparently kicks in after they have sent 3 emails to the relevant hospital, and the escalation involves ... sending another email. Whoever at the NHS decided to use the company should be sacked.

Used to be a half decent service but over the last year they've got worse. They don't phone about meds and they don't answer calls for hours. Deliveries don't turn up on the day allocated. Then chilled meds are kept by the courier and turn up 48 hours later.

It is absolutely impossible to speak to anyone from this company. I sit on hold forever just to be put through to a voicemail that is full and hangs up. I've requested the call back function multiple times over the last few days but no one has called back. I sent an email 3 days ago, no response. My medication has not arrived, the hospital have told me to follow up with Alcura, yet I can't get through to anyone. This is an extremely stressful experience and I've been left with no medication.
