Kerry has been counselling me for the last 2 months and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Once you’ve had a chat with Kerry you can straightaway tell how professional she is and why she’s so good at what she does. She asks questions and directs conversations that dig deep into my soul but allows me to be vulnerable and open up a box that I keep pressing shut. I always look forward to speaking to Kerry because I know after the conversation I would feel much lighter and I feel recharged ready to keep pushing through the day. Her kind manners, gentleness and positive but realistic approach will allow you to feel safe to talk through what needs to be talked through.

Kerry has been brilliant since the day I started my counselling sessions with her. She is so warm and friendly and has made me feel comfortable from day one. We’ve been able to talk about all of the things that have been on my mind and really work through how to deal with them and coping strategies. I feel so much better and have a clearer head now after talking through my issues. Due to Kerry’s kindness and empathy it has allowed me to feel comfortable and safe to open up and trust her.
