Was spoken to quite rudely as I had not been referred to the service.....this should not matter when you are in serious need. The lady then told me that her number should not be given out to random people - even though it is listed on Google!!!!!.
Received help eventually after 2 full days of having nowhere else to turn and explaining this to her. I understand that services are busy but we are new to this area and lost absolutely everything - no sympathy was given as we have no children and there was no domestic violence!!! EVERYONE DESERVES RESPECT AND TIME AND ATTENTION!!! attitude makes a huge difference and maybe explaining things immediately
