Very poor experiences with this practice. They seem to be more interested in covering up their poor performance than caring for patients. You turn up for an appointment only to be told it does not exist, if you complain you are told there is no evidence you made the appointment! If you phone up and ask to talk to the practice manager she doesn't call you back at the agreed time, or that day, then she adds a note to your medical record saying that she called you, on a different day, and you did not answer, making it look like it is your fault and you are wasting their time! Your complaints are not recorded on your medical record, but the surgeries counter-claims are recorded. A very unprofessional and dishonest setup.

The rudest and most incompetent receptionist I've ever encountered. Promised after 3 visits to contact Dr and sort out my missing meds prescription. Did not contact the Dr or call me back or sort out my prescription and didn't care that I had run out of meds and could end up back in hospital. Uncaring and completely out of her depth . I would not trust her to run a bath let alone a very busy medical center. All the GP,s and nurses are lovely but reception is letting the side down badly and causes patients a great deal of undue stress.

Absolute joke of a medical practice.
Impossible to book appointments.
Their communication is shocking.
I’ve been waiting months for results and no one knows where they have gone.
I booked an appointment this morning and got turned away when I got there as the receptionist made a mistake.

Unable to treat my condition, told me I was imagining it. Following 111 call got to see two more incompetent nurses who fobbed me off like the previous ones - and rude with it. I wouldn’t recommend this surgery to a dog. - And here we are 10 weeks or more down the line, waste of space.
Did I say 10 weeks? Try 9 months to get any treatment.
Here we are another year on and still self medicating my condition the NHS is unable to treat.
The best they can offer a 70 year old is an appointment on a Sunday afternoon at a Hospital.
Forgive me if I’m not standing on my doorstep clapping.

And here we are, 18 months or more later, now spending around £15 p/w of my pension to buy medicines to keep this thing at bay.
Still no apology.

It’s now 2024. Still treating myself and spending 12 quid a week out of my pension on medication to prevent whatever I have from spreading.
Surgery posted my ptoblem ‘redolved’ which is a lie. I have heard nothing from them and certainly no apology.

When you can get to see a doctor most of them are Great. Nurses are wonderful and good at their job. Receptionists, don’t moan that they ask questions, you do not have to tell them confidential information, they do their best.

My family has been with the surgery for many years and we have always had the best treatment.
Yesterday I phoned for an appointment, completed the on line form detailing the problem, was assessed by the triage nurse and saw the doctor all within 3 hours. You can't ask better than that!!

Got severe foot pain and swelling since Monday evening 11.3.24 Rang 12.3.24 8am told fill online form. Told them severe foot pain and swelling couldn't sleep, walk,effecting daily duties. Got response send photo of my foot which I did. My foot has slight chapped skin,was then told go to pharmacy as it is skin problem, they said go A and E. Was at A and E 3hrs clinical nurse saw me said got plantar fascitits,was prescribed antibiotics and strong painkillers. Now you can't see someone's pain in a photo,you can't even feel someone's pain if you see them. The lady who responded to me neglected me. Some of the medical staff employed are useless and unfortunately that's in most surgeries all over the country.
