I am incredibly grateful for my experience with Natalie. She is compassionate, professional, and full of knowledge. Throughout my darkest moments, she was there to guide me, showing me the strength I didn't know I had. Natalie helped me confront the bully in my head and gave me the tools to fight back. She revealed an escape route from the endless hell loop I had been trapped in, and in doing so, saved my life countless times. Thanks to her, I now feel equipped to face the daily battles in my mind. Natalie, thank you for helping me find my way back to appreciating life when I couldn't see any reason to. Your support has been a lifeline, and I will forever be thankful for your guidance. You are such a blessing.

SUTTON Talking Therapies... I can write the book about them. Especially one and only amazing therapist LUCY.
Just few phone meetings actually changed my life. Changed my thinking, feelings and showed me a lot, explained a lot.
And actually I could listen Lucy's voice to feel better but she brings much more to the table. She brings a HUGE knowledge, patience, understanding and this unbelievable amazing calm voice I could listen all my life just this voice, like an Angel voice. What do you need more except Angel's voice and then you know that everything will be alright. 😊😉
I never ever met so beautiful person who understands every single question and every single worry. That's almost impossible ! Never seen so much passion and commitment during session. She will be my mentor... because I would love to help people in same way as Lucy does.
Thank you Lucy... I will never forget what you done for me. And you know what ? I'M OK ! 😘

Initially they came across fairly cold talking to the team and doing the interviews to get the sessions but starting the sessions I gained a lot from such a short space of time and my mental health has improvised drastically. My therapist Natalie was very friendly, supportive, open and gentle.
Make sure you put in the work from the information given to you, otherwise it will go to waste. If I didn’t focus on putting in the work, I would’ve stayed the same.
A couple downsides is that I wish I had more sessions to really ground my new habits down and potentially explore more. The wait time to get the sessions was very long, however I expected all this given the amount of people this small team has to deal with. So well done to them there. Personally it was worth it for me.

If you want to have your mental health damaged then go here but if you want to improve your mental health I would HEAVLY ADVISE to look else where, have tried 3 times with this place.

First time did CBT which clearly wasn’t what I needed but I continued with it, did the first 4/6 sessions and I put in the letter needed to continue and they never contacted me back.

Second time they were looking into if I had BPD but all they said after some testing was we will need to look into it more and then they never contacted me again.

Third time they decided on counselling which seemed good and all was going well, I made it very clear that I wanted one to one in person or on phone call rather than online on zoom.

they said that is all good, so obviously after 6 MONTHS of waiting they provided me with a counsellor that is zoom call only, so I explained that this isn’t what I asked and the counsellor said I need to re-refer myself despite me doing all of it correctly and it being their fault for giving me the wrong form of counselling.

This has been over the course of 8 plus years so I have been trying to sort issues out and I am not bothering with Sutton talking therapies now cause it’s clear all they want to do is ruin people’s mental health and make their lives harder.

I have recently been attending the 'Living with a long term condition' talking therapy group each Wednesday at 12pm. I would like to express my thanks for everyone involved in running the group week (Lily, Hannah and David). They were very genuine and their phonecalls (Lily) to check-in with me were very much appreciated at a very difficult time.
Please pass on my 'thanks' to them.

No one answers the phone. They send letters out via email. With date of birth to open the letter link. That never works. No forwarding new medication details to my doctor. Was called in once to see a psychologist or so and got there and was told they had no record of it. Appalling service sad to say.
