Ian was absolutely fantastic. I’ve been struggling with my particular issue for a while and I felt instantly lighter leaving my hypnotherapy session. Fantastic support and care from Ian while meeting with our 12 year old son. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he displayed a great deal of compassion when speaking with Thomas. We left with an action plan and follow up work and we know Ian is on hand for further help if we require it.

I can't thank Ian enough. What a service he provided and what an experience personally for me. I went to see Ian to stop smoking because I simply couldn't see a way of stopping.

My first ever hypnotherapy session and I was so pleased I decided to give it a go. I suffer from White coat syndrome and with impending surgery I was suffering with a huge amount of anxiety. I found Ian to be extremely personable he explained everything and the self hypnosis techniques he has taught me were very easy to follow. He has also emailed me full instructions and recommendations to help me practice before my surgery as well as further support if I need it.
I now feel I can concentrate on the positive impact to my life after the surgery which I know will be huge as well as now having the tools to use for any future stressful situations I may find myself in. I highly recommend Ian if you’re thinking about this therapy.

Ian is firstly a wonderful warm and friendly person who makes you feel very welcome and at ease throughout your appointment. He is a very skilled Hypnotherapist who listens to your needs and really tailor’s your session around techniques which will help and assist your issues.

The appointment with Ian is completely not rushed and he offers as much time as you need to feel completely supported throughout.

If you have any complex issues you are having to struggle with I would highly recommend Ian for his support and help with hypnotherapy.

Although I wasn’t sure what to expect I was amazed by the results just after 1 session my levels of anxiety have significantly reduced after years of trying different methods which haven’t worked. Ian was extremely helpful and understanding of my issues. I would recommend hypnotherapy to anyone that is unsure about it.
