I've given up going to this surgery. The process of booking an appointment is difficult to say the least. Had an appointment for a leg issue which wasn't muscular related but they skipped the doctor appointment and sent me straight to physio which was a waste of time and money. No follow up call made to me after this. Shocking service

Quite simply the worst surgery I’ve been involved with in my life and I’ve lived in many different places around the UK.

Constantly absent doctors (they seem to do a lot of training which is strange considering the standards), terrible customer service and a general lack of ‘care’. Left my elderly mother with a broken wrist untreated for over 6 weeks until we moved her to a different practice when it was sorted instantly.

One star for Marta the pharmacist who does care. Thanks Marta.

So after spending many years using Aylesbury Doctor surgeries And getting absolutely nowhere after moving house Unity health brill Is luckily in my catchment area,
The nurses, doctors and receptionists Have been nothing but fantastic, Efficient and reliable. Impeccable service, And will make the extra time to help you.

On the 14th of February 2024 , 4.30pm I ve called the surgery requesting a check for my friend s lump. The receptionist was very nice and she said that she will do everything possible to be in contact with a GP as soon as possible and.....Next morning, 8.30 am she called back and informed us that a GP, Dr. Stamp will come to visit us around 11.45, the same day. Dr.Stamp came, indeed. He was extremely gently, friendly and polite and very professional. He checked my friend and after all, he said that he will refer her to a specialist in Oxford. Dr. Stamp is one of the most professional and lovely GP I ve ever met! This happened yesterday. Today, my friend got a call for an appointment in Oxford for the next week!!! She was extremely happy and she has speaking very high about the wonderful job of dr. Stamp and the receptionist which , unfortunately we don't know her name. Another friend of my friend went with a GP woman ( I don't write her name though) and she is on a waiting list for her leg since October 2023!!!!
We wanted to say a public thank you with a lot of consideration to Dr. Stamp and the receptionist 💗💗💗

We are so lucky to be served by such an excellent practice. Dr's Logan, Thornton and colleagues at Unity health continue to provide a service we [and they]can be proud of. If you need an emergency appointment, they seem to be able to provide it. Otherwise, it's worth the wait. I have had several injections for a painful shoulder at short notice which I have been eternally grateful for. Repeat prescriptions are always ready for collection on time.
