Amazed with how personal and speedy the service was, from getting booked in next day to personally receiving messages from the radiologist for reassurance. Went above and beyond, speedy results, the best I’ve found. I drove over 2 hours to get here each time but would do it again if required, it’s worth it. Thank you!

I cannot praise this clinic highly enough. Fantastic communication skills, super fast turn around time and very reasonably priced. I have just received the most detailed report of my MRI scan from a brilliant radiologist who I think went above and beyond call of duty. After many months, finally have the answers I need. Highly recommended.

Clinical care is excellent but the admin side leaves a great deal to be desired. This is a huge issue as it’s difficult to arrange an appointment. The admin team leaves promptly at 5 so there’s no hope if you work. Often the phone isn’t picked up at all. On the one occasion I did get through, the callback I was promised never materialised. Poor.

I came here for a private MRI scan, i was very nervous and worried about having a scan, however the team were amazing, they put me at ease and actually made it a pleasant experience, a big thank-you to Jane, Jan & Andrew on the day!
