Loved the place. Visited again as kids who visit us are also asking for this place. Of course, in these past few years, they have become popular and widely accepted as kids-tour-spot But i personally feel it is a small place cos they started the walk-in booking. This makes it difficult to predict the high number of visitors - as well as the parking is quite difficult at times. This hurricane Simulation was a big catch for the kids this time. ❤️.. Well, not many of these kinds are nearby so I'm still gonna visit.

Visited Air hop for the second time. Very clean, friendly staff, easy check in. Plenty of lockers available, basketball games and another arcade game to play while waiting if you arrive early. This place has so much to entertain children of all ages, its more than a jumping place. Kids can stay entertained for a good few hours. They have a wipe out jumping thing. there is a dodge ball game and basket ball jumping section. Food and drink area was good with plenty of seating area. Molly was a particularly friendly and genuine member of staff who was engaging with the kids about their visit to air hop. Recommend this place and would return again soon.

Really good experience, very busy but peak half term so need to allow time to park and check in. WiFi is available if you ask and everything was clean and tidy. More seating needed at peak times in cafe. But overall fab and kids love it!

Extremely busy as half term but service was amazing both at the front counter and in the cafe. Team we continuously cleaning and making sure everything was good for the next visitors which was an endless task so well done everyone that was working and thank you for professional and friendly table service and WiFi code 👍

Great fun&my son loves going here. I would recommend buying tickets&signing the disclaimer in advance to avoid the queues. The car park can be very busy at weekends.
