I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and incredibly pleasant. The hotel itself is spotless, with immaculate attention to detail in every corner. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and clean, making for an extremely comfortable stay.

The restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Each meal felt like a special occasion, and I couldn't get enough of the exquisite flavors.

The spa was also an absolute highlight of my stay. It provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, with top-notch treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. The spa staff were professional and highly skilled, making my visit truly enjoyable.

What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. From the front desk to the restaurant and spa, it was clear that the team takes great pride in providing exceptional service.

Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious, relaxing getaway!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Guildford Manor and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcomed and valued. The check in process was smooth, and the lobby exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed - every little detail was carefully thought out. The bed was comfortable, making it so easy to unwind after a long day.

The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and stunning views of Surrey hills from my room.

Overall, i couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town! five starts all the way!. ✨

Jay, (the spa manager?) was super friendly and helpful. Not enough lockers for our things and the unisex changing rooms were flooded. Lovely spa facilities apart from the pool side showers were broken and the jacuzzi was cold. The outside hot tub was amazing and lovely swimming pool. Mo in the restaurant was friendly and helpful too. Delicious afternoon tea. Mo did a special happy birthday mini cake plate for my sister too which added the special touch.

Hotel grounds are beautiful, room was nice (45) but very noisy, could hear every word from our neighbours, and their TV! Water was Luke warm at best and neither bath nor sink plugs worked. We only stopped one night, so didn’t make a fuss. Showers in the spa also cold. Facial was lovely, as was dinner, breakfast and afternoon tea. Just need to sort out the hot water and space out your customers, the hotel was by no means full, so why squash us all together?

I have stayed at this hotel for 9 months with work and i have had no reason what so ever to change locations. Sadly my working away period here has now come to an end.
The hotel is great especially during the warmer months.
The pool and spa are great especially after a long day.
The grounds are kept to an immaculate standard.

The food that is served is to a very high standard. I have tasted most of the menu changes during the season changes.
Rooms are very nice and meet all your needs and more.
Finally the staff at the Guildford manor are a reflection of the hotel. Very friendly and glad to help in anyway. over my extended stay I have gotten to know the staff on first name terms and they have really made me and my team feel extremely welcome .

such a lovely hotel. i stayed last week for uni and i had to come back the following week again. the staff are lovely, very welcoming, and accommodating. all round i had a lovely experience. i will definitely be back! spa facilities are beautiful too.

Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa is a little gem! Since celebrating my 50th with a group of friends, where we were wined, dined, and pampered, I have now been back with my children several times more and still cannot get enough of the place! Afternoon Tea divine. Main menu simple but elegant. Breakfast everything you need to start the day. Facilities perfect in helping energise, rejuvenate, relax and unwind. Beautiful, tranquil surroundings. Hospitality top notch! Staff friendly, always welcoming us with a warm smile, giving us that home from home feeling. And sleeping in a four poster bed - I certainly felt like a Queen!!!

The staff were lovely and were extremely helpful. We went for a Spa Escape partly to scope out the venue for a party we are planning. Although the massage wasn’t great at all, the masseuses were pleasant and professional.

The food was lovely and the restaurant is independent of the hotel so I tried to keep this in mind with my rating.

The room was absolutely FREEZING and wish I read the reviews from a week ago where someone else had the same issue. It seems air filters of the heating units remain uncleared so pushed out cold air into the rooms. Hotel staff did try to attend but I did raise this issue 3 times throughout the evening but this was not rectified. Whilst I was grateful to be inside, the bed was like sleeping on a dining table.

On the basis of comfort and the massage not being great. I wouldn’t return to this hotel. However, if you are booking maybe book the massage for after the stay. The positive take away for us was the friendliness of the staff in both the reception area and the restaurant.

Beautiful grounds and very aesthetically pleasing views, however, my sincere advice would be that the hotel spend a little more attention to detail within the hotel rooms as these small comforts will be why people return.
