Fantastic care from Samuel & Connor last night after my partner fell & cut her head open. They arrived in the ambulance so quickly and instantly put us at ease and dealt with the head injury brilliantly. After "handing over" at A&E, they popped back into us 3 times during their shift to see how things were going while my partner was in A&E (Royal Surrey Hospital) which was lovely, and so was the cup of tea Connor made me!! Very nice guys with a brilliant sense of humour, to go with superb care and professionalism. Thank you x

I saw a news article about someone leaving abusive messages in ambulance windscreens and wanted to make sure that you knew that this isn’t the way that everyone thinks.

I’m just one person but for me, you can park any where you damn well need to because one day it could be me or my family that is benfitting from your speed and care.

I hope that this sentiment represents the majority. In fact, I just assumed that it was taken as read.
