Adore this place. Come at least once a year for a full day of spa, treatments and lunch. I did the Vitality Ritual Spa day which was just divine. A body exfoliation, followed by a full body massage and then an amazing facial. My face even peeled a bit a few days later due to one of the products used making my skin feel amazing. The best package I have done there for sure.

The staff make this place 5*. Liliia greeted me warmly and gave me a fantastic tour of the facilities. Demi was my masseuse, which was one of the best I've had! The women's heat experience is private, clean and modern. Want a wow moment? Go take a dip in the black tiled pool! Can't wait to come back.

Treatments (massage) were very good. Lunch is expensive if not included in your day (£40-50 for sandwiches for two). Steam room and jacuzzi by the pool were good. The saunas are in the changing rooms so not great if you want to spend time with a partner or friend who is using a different one. Overall relatively expensive for quite limited facilities for a day spa, but can recommend the treatments.

Second time I’ve visited the spa. It’s really very nice. Staff very friendly. Clean. Towels everywhere. Lots of space. Only one disabled parking spot near spa which is a shame (& they could change given the huge car park) but otherwise it was great.

I got the Vibrant Ritual massage. Spa is nice and the staff is good. However, this spa massage is not worth it. I’ve been to many different spas in different countries including spas in Bali Ubud. As for the massage here, they don’t massage the hands, the massage for back/shoulders and legs/feet is very brief.

There’s a women changing room with only 1 restroom inside and I had to use the shower room (wet floor) to change. Maybe they change here in the open. I’m not sure. Following that, you have to go to a waiting room wearing only your white robe and there’s men in that room too.

Overall, I won’t recommend this spa. This is the only spa in this hotel. The massage I got was very brief it’s not a full body massage for the Vibrant Ritual even though website says it’s full body and for the price, it’s not worth it at all. If you’re Asian or Muslimah, please don’t bother coming here.

I confess that I'm disappointed, I'm on my honeymoon staying at The Grove, I had high expectations regarding the spa that's why I chose this place to be on this special date. But when we arrived on Thursday, I asked reception if I could schedule treatments at the spa and they told me yes, up to 1 day before, yesterday we went to the spa and there was no space for the treatment in the next 3 days. I was never informed that I needed to schedule the procedures 1 or 2 months in advance, if I had known I would have done so. I explained my situation but so far nothing has been resolved. From my perspective, I think they don't hire enough people to work on the weekend or they simply don't give priority to those who stay at the hotel, that is, if you're going to stay there I recommend that you don't go there waiting for a spa treatment, or Make sure you schedule your treatments 1 month in advance, as it’s not a cheap day to have so much disorganization! The pool is good and the hot tub is wonderful, the staff are attentive.
