Great nursing home. I had the opportunity to complete my work experience here and I couldn't have been more welcomed. The staff were all very kind and patient with me while I was learning the complexities and the many soft skills available from my peers. Their attitude, behaviour and compassion towards the residents were great it made me feel their love for their jobs. The grounds were beautiful and full of healthy, green and vibrant plants. They hold many events, including fun sporting activities for both the residents and their families. The barbecue was especially delicious. Best nursing home out there!

This week a had the opportunity of visiting this stunning home. I was looking for respite accommodation for my friend after she has surgery. I was genuinely so pleased this beautiful home was recommended to me & I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ruth & Tallya. I was shown around & given a view of what opportunities are available to residents from activities with staff member’s & special visitors like scrapbooking & painting to bird watching in the stunning gardens. It was a pleasure & I’m so glad to have found this wonderful accommodation for my friend & my mind is so much more at rest knowing she’ll be happy & safe here. Thank you Stone House

We provide 'animals as therapy' animal encounters for Stone House's residents and always have a wonderful time! The care home is always looking great and well cared for, as do the residents. A lovely location and building too. Staff we work with are always helpful, friendly and smiley and it seems they run a great range of activities for the residents too.

Lovely care home setting in the countryside with bags of charm. The staff are very friendly and professional and I was very pleased to be involved with the new garden improvements and planting around the rear terrace areas. I hope it brings joy to all that use it for years to come.

I have just completed a 3 week stay at Stone House for respite care and have had the opportunity to observe closely the genuine loving care that the long term residents here have received.
I have two key observations I would like to share:
Firstly, there is as far as I can ascertain no 'staff turnover ' here which is a testament to how well the staff are cared for by the senior management .
Secondly,I would not hesitate for a split second in choosing this Nursing Home to look after a member of my family.
It is my very strongly held personal view that if you are looking for a care home for a loved one you would be making a significant error of judgement if you did not at least visit this Nursing Home before choosing a place for your family member so you can make a fully informed choice before making a decision.
A unique cheerful family atmosphere pervades this establishment.
Very special people providing personal care to each resident based on their individual needs .

Stone House is a wonderful care home set in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside.
My Mother is very well cared for. She always looks immaculate with lovely polished nails , and her hair always looks amazing.
The staff are exceptionally caring and friendly from the Manager down to the Laundry Lady. Nothing is too much trouble for them. My Mother will recognise individual staff members and smile and wave to them, or blow them kisses. She is very happy at Stone House.
There are many activities laid on at the Home. My Mum finds it difficult to participate, but she loves the visiting singers and all forms of music.
The food is excellently prepared by the Resident Chef. There is a large and varied menu and Residents do have some choices when they chose their meals.
In short, all my family love the Care Home and we would happily recommend it to all our friends and relatives.

I enjoyed the chance to visit Stone House recently to give a talk about Aylesbury Homeless Action Group. Stone House have been supporting our work and it was a pleasure to visit and meet the staff and some of the residents. There was a very positive atmosphere there.
