I have been working with Alina Homecare Guildford for the last eight years. The team are committed to delivering high quality care for their customers, but also to ensuring that staff are happy with their working conditions, as care can sometimes be a challenging role. Last year they received a Good rating from CQC on their first inspection, and this year their live in hub was inspected independently and also received a Good score. Mary and her team are very supportive and will go out of their way to make sure that you feel part of the team.
