I recently completed six sessions of K-Laser treatment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I had excruciating knee pain due to bone-on-bone arthritis, and after the first treatment, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and improvement in mobility. The 6 sessions were highly effective and I’m in no pain. The care and professionalism of the team made the experience even better.

The staff were absolutely wonderful—welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions. A special mention to Sonia, who was incredibly kind and understanding throughout my journey. Her warmth and support made a real difference, making each session more comfortable.

I met Sonia and Keysha on Tuesday night when I went to chat about my pain. I had hip replacement in Feb 2024 and suffered damage to my Femoral nerve, causing numbness with pins and needles. I had suffered so much with not being able to walk without a stick due to the instability caused to my knee. Sonia talked over the treatment and asked so many questions to fully understand my pain and my symptoms. After my first treatment I felt so much better. The pins and needles were not so bad. She strapped all my knee as well to help stability and also she said this would help stimulate the nerves.
I have been back for my second treatment tonight. Sonia got me walking tonight without a stick and in a straight line. I feel amazing tonight after my 2nd session.
I am amazed at how the K laser is working and helping me .
I also have stenosis in the lower spine and she has been treating this as well and has felt so much better.
I would highly recommend chatting with Sonia about any problems. I was very sceptical at first but now I wish I had known about her treatment sooner.

I done my rotor cuff while hitting the punch bags.. I had done the same damage before on my other shoulder before and was bad for a whole year.
This time round I’ve round Sonya and after one session the pain has reduced by 80-90%. Amazing piece of equipment that K-laser.
She also helped me with some spine problems that she noticed while working on my shoulder. Which she didn’t need to do. Highly recommend.

After having some surgery done on my abdominal, side flanks and chest area I was advised to go for some compression treatment with Physio Healing Hands and what lovely experience at that.
Firstly the booking procedure is very straight forward, book online, telephone or via WhatsApp and then go to some nice surroundings in a specialist treatment room at Holiday Inn Hotel in Weston Turville / Aylesbury.

The lady called Janka that runs the session is a lovely lady, very friendly, very assuring and makes you feel really welcome and at ease.
The treatment is enjoyable but after you feel fantastic! You physically look slimmer, feel lightly, look better and just general all round feel better for going.
I highly recommend going for this treatment if you have any of the following:- bloating or constant bloated feeling, extra excess weight in them stubborn to shift areas, have had any weight loss procedures, are on a diet and need help slimming down or just have a big weekend planned and need to look slimmer in that outfit 😉
