I’m proud to have recently joined Bluebird Care Aylesbury as a care assistant. The training provided has been extremely thorough and I love that management check in with you to make sure you know what you’re doing and are competent and confident in your role. They are always on hand to help with any queries I have and provide any help I need to carry out my job to the best of my ability. My colleagues are amazing, I truly feel that I’m a valued member of the team already and I absolutely love each and every customer I’ve cared for, so many different personalities and care needs I can honestly say I never get bored!
If I had to choose a care provider for a member of my family I wouldn’t hesitate in choosing bluebird knowing that everyone, like myself, who work there doesn’t just see it as a job, but the care comes from the heart. I hope to continue improving as a carer and I can honestly see myself staying with bluebird til I drop!

I recently started working with the team at Bluebird care, I have been made to feel so welcome and supported from all the team. The work fits around my own business beautifully, they are always very accommodating with shifts. The training has very good and no pressure do any tasks till I was happy and comfortable. A really good experience with my first time to the care industry.

Having worked for a few other companies in the past I am greatful to be working for blue bird.

The carers are lovely, they go above and beyond and I would not hesitate to choose them to care for my family.

Any issues that may arise are dealt with quickly and efficiently by the office who are on top of training their staff and keeping their staff supported so that they can provide a high level of care to their clients.
They support each other and are a great team which I am proud to be part of.

We have been working with Bluebird Aylesbury now for a couple of years and have found both the management team and the care team members very pleasant and helpful to work with.

They have been very accomodating to changes as the needs of my mother and her partner have flexed and changed over a period of time and have always maintained regular reveiws with both myself and my mother and her partner to make sure they get the most appropriate level of care to thier needs.

On top of that the carers that visit are always very friendly and helpful with some of the more regular team members becomming fond friends of my mother and her partner.
