I am so glad that I came across Jo and the Emotion Code. She has helped both myself and my children to move forward with our lives after finding and removing the things that had been holding us back.

Jo is a fantastic lady, so genuine, kind and empathetic.

Very pleased with the service I received. The Emotion Code was done via proxy so Jo didn’t have to see me during the sessions. This made a massive difference as I was able to carry on with my day while Jo worked on me. I noticed a big difference in myself after my sessions and if was also noticed by other people. I felt so much better in myself afterwards. Thank you Jo.

I’ve been coming to Jo for a massage for years which itself is amazing - I always leave feeling relaxed and chilled out. I’ve recently had 2 sessions with her doing the emotion code and I can honestly say I feel amazing! I’ve suffered with pain in my back and shoulders for years and been told it’s for various different reasons. After 2 sessions with Jo it’s mostly all gone. The things I’m finding out whilst doing this is brilliant. Would highly recommend x
