Mr Simon Thompson is a true standout in orthopaedic care. His professionalism, comprehensive approach, and in-depth knowledge about my Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) injury were evident from the start. From the initial consultation to crafting personalised rehabilitation recommendations, his dedication and open communication were exceptional. Mr Thompson’s genuine concern to help me return to high-level sport is testament to the collective commitment to patient care within the team at GO Guildford Orthopaedics. The recovery from my PCL injury exceeded my expectations thanks to his expertise. I highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend the Guildford Orthopaedics team highly enough. I was operated on by Mr Simon Thompson from GO Guildford Orthopaedics in the middle of 2022. I required a two stage ACL revision. Mr Thompson used his accelerated bone graft technique to repair the damage caused by the previous surgeons incorrect tunnel position and failed graft. What amazed me most about Mr Thompson and his team's surgery, was the fact that afterwards I didn't need to take any of the pain relief provide. This was due to three factors. 1. Mr Thompson and his anthesis have refined a 'nerve' block technic that maintains comfort for two the three days after surgery 2. The Game Ready icing cuff that Mr Thompson uses for all his patients 3. The minimally invasive technics Mr Thompson uses.
