I've been going to this clinic for a bit less than 3 years now and I've never written a review before but their technician Andrea deserves it.

Her professionalism is outstanding and her attention to detail should be rewarded. She takes her job seriously without losing her tenderness or smile, while answering all my questions informatively and patiently.

I always feel safe, comfortable and relaxed in Andrea's hands, a magnificent technician.

Warning: Don't do laser on your face. A few months after the treatment, hair grows more than before. I've seen growth in areas of my face that didn't have hair before the treatment. I've seen this on another person, too. Do your research. Staff should advise before offering treatment.

Morgan, an experienced Aesthetics Nurse is in clinic on Fridays. I found her to be reallly friendly and I had lovely, natural results. 3 area of Botox is £245 and they have just started offering polynucleotides. I haven't had laser hair removal yet, but maybe I'll add a consultation next time. Nice team and clean clinic. Recommended if you're local.

Don’t waist your time and money. The lady who did my treatment was very unprofessional and not even covered the whole area. She seemed she didn’t not care (or does not know) customer service at all.

Today I had my first laser hair removal appointment in 4 areas. I am a person with a very low pain tolerance and a big worrier. I’ve been putting off getting LHR for over a year because of this. However, Andrea at the Laser clinic Guildford made sure to talk me through the process and provided me with the best experience and I can say confidentiality she has changed my opinion on laser hair removal and it was a painless procedure. Over the moon with the service I’ve experienced, specifically the welcoming and reassuring staff. After today’s treatment I’ve recommended the clinic to friends and family. Cannot wait to return for my second session!

"I am extremely disappointed after a very negative and unprofessional experience at the Laser Clinic in Guildford. My partner and I visited the clinic to inquire about laser treatment. During the initial consultation, we were given a price for lip, chin, and full-body laser treatments consisting of 10 sessions each. However, on the 7th session when we went for the treatment, my partner was unexpectedly asked to pay for the service he had just received. We explained that we had booked and paid for 10 sessions each, but the clinic's system only showed 6 sessions.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a plan or a receipt when we booked the sessions, so we had no proof other than our initial verbal agreement between the lady who was at the desk and us. Despite requesting it multiple times, the clinic never provided us with an email confirmation detailing the number of sessions. We felt compelled to pay for the 7th session as there was no way to prove our original booking.
Even the manager present at the time informed us that she could not assist us and that we had to pay for the service. This lack of documentation led us to write this review. Additionally, we found the service inconsistent. Initially, we had a fantastic Brazilian therapist who explained everything thoroughly, but she was never seen at the clinic again. The subsequent therapist missed marking areas and rushed the treatment, leading to our dissatisfaction. After requesting a different therapist, the service improved until the booking issue arose.
I will continue with my remaining sessions, but my partner is seeking another clinic to complete his remaining three sessions without interruptions. We no longer feel comfortable at the Laser Clinic in Guildford. My advice to anyone considering this clinic is to ensure you receive written confirmation of your bookings, especially for special offers. Our experience was marred by a lack of documentation, leading to a feeling of betrayal and disappointment despite our initial satisfaction with the sessions."

I had significant results already after just the 1st LHR treatment, more than I was expecting! I’ve had 2 now and all staff have made me feel comfortable and well looked after. My first treatment was done right after my consultation because they had a free space so I’d recommend going to your consult prepared in case they can fit you in immediately!
