I have been suffering with severe symptoms a long time, my doctor told me “i have panic disorder and GAD” was told that everything was fine. Then went to Frimley park hospital and been told i have pernicious anaemia, after my doctor told me i didn’t and to take tablets. If i hadn’t of gone to hospital i would of never known. I also keep getting sicker and sicker and believe i have cancer my doctor hasn’t sorted this out or ordered the tests i need this surgery has really let me down and don’t seem to care about anyones health at all. Receptionists are lovely, shame about the doctors.

My partner suffers from depression & is suicidal.One time her G.P. simply told her "There's nothing else we can do". Today, she had a query about a prescription, the receptionist was extremely rude to her, triggering another episode. I know their job isn't easy but good manners & politeness cost nothing. Especially when you have no idea what the person you're talking to might be going through.

Guildowns group, I think, are very good. Been seen in 10 minutes before now. Well I was ill! Not got a bad word for any of them. I ask you, could you be a happy joy joy 😊 receptionist all day long doing that job?

I chose this surgery because it is close to me but if I want contraception I have to go somewhere else and if I am infectious I have to go somewhere else. This might be acceptable for people with a car but for those of us without it seems to be creating a tiered system. I'm sure it is done in an effort to provide many services efficiently but I'm afraid that doesn't work for me.

I was told by the doctor I was referred to a chronic fatigue clinic. I checked up on it after a month and got a rude response about how the waiting list is months. Six months later I called just to find out the referral was noted but never actually carried out and I’d suffered for all that time with nothing actually having been done. Not impressed, a pretty big mistake that did affect me

One of the best Dr's I've ever been registered at. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The Dr's are amazing. They call back when they say they will call back. A credit to the NHS.

I rang to get an appointment for a family member who has heart failure said its he needs to see someone as they are unwell the snotty receptionist said 26th of September I said he needs to see someone sooner sorry nothing before that its disgusting I tried to explain but she wouldn't listen had to get to hospital they asked why didn't we go to our doctors we told them they thought it was terrible now we are changing to Dapdune
