Really helpful and friendly staff and a comfortable environment. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. A special thanks to Sharon who I met first at a mobile unit for my very first scan and then again at Jarvis. Really supportive and caring, a huge asset to this wonderful service.

A truly wonderful service. Everyone was considerate, helpful and explained everything clearly and in detail. There was no unnecessary hanging around and all procedures could be conducted in one place. A shining example of what the NHS can do when adequately funded and fully staffed. I feel very fortunate to live where such excellent care is provided. This service with these standards should be available to all in the UK - including men who also get breast cancer. Cannot thank Dr Vicky Scott , the radiographers and breast care nurses for their professionalism, kindness and the excellent care they have given me following an abnormal mammogram . As a registered nurse myself I know how hard they all work and can see they are a fantastic cohesive team .
