I have never had a Chiropractic treatment before and was not sure if or how it might help me, but with a shoulder injury that just was not going anywhere, I thought it would be worth a try, and I'm so glad I did! From the get go with the assessment, through to the treatments I received from Dr Kristina, I was massively impressed, and felt progressive improvement after each appointment, extremely happy and would definitely recommend for both injury recovery treatment and general ongoing support / adjustments! I first visited the Spine Centre in mid-November this year when I was experiencing unusual and persistent back pain. This issue was hampering daily exercise and I was looking for immediate attention. I received excellent care from the initial consultation through to the most recent follow-up appointments.

Alex's treatment of symptoms achieved rapid success, which was a real relief, and he then planned my recovery pathway with due consideration for my ongoing ambitions as a competitive runner. I first came to Alex with pain and pins/needles down an arm from a trapped nerve. After failed physio on the NHS I was amazed that 2/3 sessions with Alex fixed it. I recently returned following a strain done during some DIY about a week before a holiday in Italy, and 2 sessions with Alex got me mobile and saved our holiday! Now a regular session of satisfying cruches and clicks keeps me moving even after a week of standing on the commuter train to London. Very professional but friendly with it. Cannot recommend highly enough!
