I met Rachel a few months ago, when I have struggled greatly with my upper back and shoulder pains. I was experiencing pain daily which really impacted my life. Since then I decided to continue my sessions every 4 weeks as Rachels' knowledge and powerful hands really helped me. Not only she is a very lovely, friendly and caring individual, she is very professional and doesn't judge. She always makes me feel very welcome and that I can trust her. Every time I leave her studio, I feel great. I cannot even compare the difference I feel now thanks to Rachel. She is a very valued professional in Haddenham and I can recommend her services 100%. I would highly recommend Rachel! She listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment accordingly. As well as this she did an assessment of my posture, educated me on why my pains may have arisen & what I can do to reduce/stop them whilst carrying on my exercise. I have since had two appointments for my own on going back injury due to a work injury 20 years ago. My most recent appointment last month, for an hour left me feeling so much more comfortable, as I was suffering with tight hip flexors as well as lower back pain. Rachel is always so professional and explains what she is going to do. Also the follow up exercises are really helpful to continue at home.
