Had the copper Coil fitted here today - Caroline and Dr Monday were the loveliest yet most highly professional caregivers I have ever come across. The Coil fitting itself was extremely comfortable (which was unexpected), and I felt very safe whilst being at this clinic. I would highly recommend using this Service for a Coil fitting, as opposed to seeing a GP.

I came for my appointment a few minutes late but the staff are wonderful and friendly. Accommodated me right away. I had a fantastic experience at the clinic during my implant fitting. The service provided was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Their professionalism and care made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff at this clinic are superheroes!
The amount of anxiety I had prior to my appointment is something that I’m sure everyone reading this will understand… they just made it all so much easier.
They have compassion and empathy and they educated me on so much that I thought I knew but actually didn’t.
I wish all medical staff were like the amazing women I met here, both on reception and doctors/nurses.

Their website has a sort of triage on it to direct you on how to book an appointment, for some things it says you must call the clinic rather than book an appointment online. When I called the clinic the staff member was irritable, impatient, and argumentative. Kept saying I needed to book online even though the website was telling me to call the clinic direct. Fine, but please sort out your website or train your staff to align with the actual appointment booking process. Why not just put ' book online for everything' on the website. This way you can avoid annoying calls from irritating members of the public seeking help for sexual health matters.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, all staff made me welcome with respect & dignity. Tony was gentle, respectful & explained everything in a clear concise way. Caroline was brilliant at taking my blood, especially as mine are not visible.
Lovely clinic in not such nice circumstances, but highly recommend these wonderful people.

Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. There was a little delay but the receptionist kept me informed and apologised. The receptionist was an absolute gem - very sweet, very professional. Great customer service. The nurse I saw was equally as great! Cannot fault this clinic.
