Went to get vaccines today ready for a trip I found out about last minute. Called on Friday and they had me booked in for the next Tuesday. Every single other place in the local area had a 4 week waiting list but they managed to fit me in within 2 working days which is awesome.

I’m not a good patient with needles but the dr who saw me handled me extremely well and I went in to literally get 3 done at the same time and as someone who is BAD with needles, she managed me extremely well and the whole thing was totally fine. Really fast which is a big must for me too.

Only thing I would say is their prices are a bit higher than other places? Superdrug does typhoid and hep a as a combined for £85 but theirs is separate so the three cost me £245 but I can’t dock a point for that because prices are all transparent on the website, I knew what I was paying for, they fit me in when LITERALLY no one else would (believe me I tried all over. I called 10 other places before this one) and now I can go on my trip vaccinated 👍

If you’re looking for just a really good private surgery that will actually fit you in really fast then I’d recommend them all day long. I’m coming back in 6 months for a booster so I know I’ll be using them again.

Little update - now used them for a private consultation where my NHS doctor let me down. Surrey GP made the process very easy and I actually got the prescription I needed. Literally the only thing I can constructively say is their prices seem to be quite high. I don’t think I could sustainably use them long term since it’s £125 for a telephone consultation BUT it needs to be said I got booked in straight away, I got exactly the help I needed and a prescription I couldn’t get on my NHS care (despite it being available on the NHS). 10/10 for care. I can’t fault them at all. It’s one of those “you get what you pay for” type deals I guess! If you want to be seen right away and want good quality care, I’d recommend them all day every day. Just make sure the price point isn’t a problem for you

Fantastic! I had to arrange a D4 medical for my bus licence. My GP couldn’t do it for a month! SurreyGP offered me an appointment the very next day! I was very impressed by the quality of service. Friendly, understanding and very professional. Dr Rachel Lewis was wonderful and made me feel at ease. She gave me plenty of time and I felt she was genuinely interested in helping me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SurreyGP to anyone in need of high quality medical services.

Saw Jo for my son today after failing to get an appointment with my GP and couldn't wait for 111, which is a nightmare at the moment. Really nice doctor. Spent plenty of time with us, and was able to give me a prescription for medication. Receptionist was very professional. If I could afford it I'd probably go here every time I needed to see a doctor!

Such an inconvenient place to go. I had a vaccination appointment for my 6 week old baby. We arrived a little bit late as my baby crying all the way and I had to stop the car and feed her and calm her down. As they suggested in the booking confirmation email, I parked somewhere near their building. I spent a lot of time in front of their building to find out the way in. There is no any sign in any where to suggest the way in or this is the Surrey GP. After a while, a lady from next door saw me and showed me the entrance. however, there was a car parking in front of the entrance blocking the way so, I couldn't push the pushchair through. The lady informed one of the Surrey GP staff and she came and let me in. As it is mentioned in the confirmation email, there was no lift available. So, I had to leave the pushchair upstairs and took the baby downstairs. By the time I got there, I missed my appointment and they told me I have to wait two hours or book for another day which both options were very inconvenient while you are dealing with a small baby. I had to leave and extend my parking and come back again because I thought it is easier than to rebook my appointment.
If I didn't have to vaccinate my baby as soon as possible, I would cancel my appointment and asked for refound.
The building is very very inconvenient and simply it is not fit for the purposes. That is a shame that you pay a lot and you don't get a service even with a minimum of the standard.

I used SurreyGP to get my C19 test, prior to flying out to get married in another country recently.
The test itself was straight forward, and the doctor that did this for me was very understanding (that I wasn't comfortable about it), and it wasn't bad at all. Yes, a little uncomfortable but nothing to worry about.
Waiting for my results was a little nerve-wracking, due to the necessity of having that certificate for flying !
I was assured it would arrived, as they get results 24 hours a day...Sure enough it arrived at 10pm in the evening, much to my relief as I was flying at 7am the next morning.

We had a fantastic recent experience with Dr Lewis at SurreyGP for our childs health check, vaccination advice and the Men B vaccinations.  She was extremely thorough, listened to all of our concerns and gave us all the information that we needed.

The vaccination process was very quick, in fact our baby didn't even know it had happened.

Highly recommend this practice!

Surrey GP is a very professional and caring service. We initially only used Surrey GP for flu vaccinations. However, difficulties with our local NHS surgery prompted us to consult Surrey GP for consultations and medical check-ups too.

The service is excellent. At no time do we feel rushed and the advice we are given is solid too.

We have been using Surrey GP for the flu vaccinations almost since the surgery opened. For consultations we have used Surrey GP for about five years now.

This is my third time at the Surrey GP, and I felt compelled to leave a review of my appointment, which I got the same day that I called. The GP was punctual and spent the time with me discussing my ailment and the various medication options with me. I did not feel hurried, and I was treated with care and attention. Just like I remember the GP's used to be when I was a young child. It is not that costly to jump the queues and get treated with dignity. Highly recommended.
