I am very happy with the quick service from my surgery. I was phoned twice by a Dr and had immediately necessary appointment and was seen on the same day. Furthermore appointments arranged and will have blood check done in hospital.

Patient of many years, never had any problems here, I know how the appointment system works and always been given an urgent appointment if needed. Any problems I do have are sorted very quickly, overall considering previous surgery’s I’ve been to - this one is the most efficient. NHS is struggling everywhere at the moment so most surgeries under a lot of pressure but overall helpful staff.

After putting up with terrible service and poor GP access from my local surgery, and not to mention the even further decline in quality of service since covid, I finally decided to change surgery.

What a pleasant surprise from day one. I've had blood results come back, a phone call to follow up on action, and advice on how to improve my health habits and lifestyle. All within two days of joining the surgery!

It's been nothing short of excellent so far, I hope it continues! Keep up the good work 🙂

Brilliant surgery. I have been with them for 13 years. Never had a problem, service is very good and friendly. Referrals are made, I recently had some blood tests and physio as well. Online consultations work well and I get to see when needed. Same for the kids. Response is quick.

We visited the surgery today. It was necessary for us to slot in last minute for an appointment with the nurse. We were seen really very quickly. The nurse was super efficient and made both of us feel very comfortable. We have been with the surgery for just over 20 years and have always felt very looked after. We are
made to feel our health concerns are heard. I don't usually post anything anywhere but really wanted to give good feedback where it is very much due.

Had to knock off a star for getting conflicting advice. My husband and I had Covid at the end of August. We had different nurses who were informed. My husband was told he was fine to receive the vaccine after 28 day and I was told it had to be three months and did not. I was told the surgery would contact me to clarify. The government website says it’s fine to vaccinate after a month. Staff need to be giving cohesive , accurate information to inspire patient confidence.

Have been with this surgery for 16yrs and was turned away today for being 5 mins late despite my appointment not highlighting a strict grace period and it being during the lunch rush period. I required a smear swab & was told this would last 20mins which was simply untrue in my experience. I have had a number of these before & the appointment did not last 20mins. If I could give 0 stars I would. They wasted my time & petrol after I took time off work for this appointment. Not their first offence against me of late either, this a growing list.
