I have been going to Back to Health now for years, I had back surgery to repair a disc and various ailments over the years due to a very active lifestyle. Dr. Rodwin was my first contact there, her chiropractic skills have been invaluable. She also convinced sceptical me to use a back brace on a fairly regular basis and I use orthotics under her direction, I’m convinced they’ve been crucial to my improved health.

Andrew Bouchier has been a great resource, I have used his Active Release program when flare-ups occur. Short term pain but the results are worth it.

I’ve also had massage and physio from Diana Sheldrich and Hiram Thakkar. Both worked wonders.

Back to Health lives up to its name, they’ll get you back on track and help you maintain your health.

After posting a five star review here and having a pretty decent massage, I’ve had to change it to 1. The owner has ZERO respect for women. They cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before and I had already travelled and paid for parking. It had been cancelled to fit in the owners clients because he was sick and his clients are more important seemingly. I was irritated because I was already there and with it being Christmas time couldn’t do another slot. The owner phoned me to make excuses, be patronising and try and blame Treatwell (my appointment would have been left alone if it wasn’t for him moving it around to fit in His clients). Nothing was offered to cover the cost of petrol, wasted time or paid parking. Instead he had a go at me and told me I’m not being a nice human because I wanted something in return for having my time wasted. All would have been forgotten if they’d offered something along the lines.. 50%off next visit, free 30 minutes ect. However none of that he just shouted at me and was possibly the rudest customer service I have ever received. The clinic is pretty dark and dingy, the parking is a nightmare so honestly you can get better and I wouldn’t waste your time attending ❤️

i rarely write reviews, and usually but not always they are negative.

At 3am in the morning i couldn’t stand my back ache, booked the first appointment i could find on a Sunday and it was with Sheela at Back to Health Wellness here in Guildford.

I was amazed with how dedicated she is to her job, how understanding and knowledgeable of my issues.

She gave her heart and time and relieved my back ache.

Definitely coming back.

For a few months now I have seen Garth and Andrew for massage then osteopath/chiropractic assessment and treatment. Both very professional and I have seen great improvement in my posture and movement. Looking forward to more!

I went to see Andrew with extreme sciatic pain which was stopping me from running. After the first visit I was back walking pain free and back running after a second visit a few days later.
Andrew was absolutely brilliant in diagnosing my problem and sorting me out.

Employees are nice and helpful and very professional but after booking my initial 2-step consultation and treatment, I think I came out worse than I went in. Since my second session, I have had a twinge in my right leg that has gradually got worse. I went back yesterday, for which they kindly fit me in without appointment to be seen. Explained the issue and once again no result or no release to the problem and spent 98% of the session explaining possible causes and being reviewed like I had done in my previous sessions with no physical adjustments to my lower back at all. The cost of £60 for the appointment cannot be justified based on the assessment I had personally and based on what I have been told to expect from chiropractor from friends/family.

I was recommended to Back to Health Wellness and had my first appointment yesterday. Looked after by Emma. Emma was absolutely fantastic. Woke up this morning and for the first time in weeks felt good. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Superb.
